"Staff were nice. My family just had some issues with cleanliness. We were able to checked in early, that’s great. But I noticed that the room was still dusty, noticed it on table top and the mirror side. I usually don’t check the beddings, it looked clean. The next day, I found brown stains on our comforter and bed sheet and orange stuff on pillow case. Definetly not ours, I checked if anyone of us have cuts or some sort that will stain the beddings. I called the room service and they were prompt to bring us new sheets and comforters. I just wished they really change or check beddings/rooms after check out or before someone checks in."

"Although the facilities are outdated, I think the staff do a good job managing the place. The Korean woman serving breakfast was especially kind, and it was really wonderful. The soundproofing is terrible—I can hear every little sound from the next room. There seems to be a crazy old man who yells from the roof in the middle of the night almost every day; please do something about it."
