"On a 10 day road trip and 10 different hotels, this was the best (most were all different branded hotels but similar rates). Super clean, great staff. Only gripe would be the breakfast; the eggs and sausage were the worst we had of our trip. Probably the cheapest powdered eggs and sausage available. I made a bagel sandwich to try to cover the taste, as i didn't want to pay for a breakfast elsewhere."

"While staff were respectful, the desk manager absolutely refused to budge on a deposit fee. I understand that they have policies, but the entire conversation was purely transactional, not customer oriented. I had forgotten about the deposit fee and had spent essentially my last dollar to bring my fiance in from an 11 hour road trip. I hadn’t seen her in months. The desk manager refused to let me speak to the property manager to explain our situation, stating to either pay the deposit or cancel....

"The first room we were assigned still had their trash and belongings and was obviously not cleaned (their bags were still in the room, the bed was used/linens everywhere) The second and last room they had that we were assigned had a door that did not lock. This meant we had to pack all of our belongings into the car every time we left the room and crossed our fingers that we wouldn’t find strangers in our bed upon our return. Very very dirty. Sticky counters, dirty rugs, dripping walls,...

"We were confused and when we booked online and called everything was going to the radisson, we did not know we had reservations at the derby hotel (big difference) although it’s under change and a bit confusing it was overall a good stay. The kids absolutely loved the pool! "

"Unfortunately there was no mini fridge and no coffee maker, despite those amenities being listed. The bed was made with two flat sheets instead of a flat and a fitted sheet."

"Room was clean when we arrived. Room should have been cleaned every day. It was not cleaned at all during our 3 day stay. Other rooms were leaving trash bags in the hallway. Now I know why. We came back to the room as we left it. I got clean towels from desk clerk. A note was made to clean the room the next day. The next day, we were told there was only one cleaning person and they didn't know if they'd get to our room. It didn't get cleaned. Breakfast was minimal. They had cheerios in a bin....

"When I booked, there was no indication that the property would be undergoing renovation work. When I got there, Reno work was heavily underway. From approximately 9am until 6pm every day, there was drilling or scraping, tools dropped, drywall and other debris taken down the elevator all day long. The workers were very kind and apologized when they noticed us waiting. Breakfast was a typical buffet style but always presented nicely. The area was very clean.
