"Very clean and a nice sized room."

"Hotel rooms were almost doubled in price, pool was closed and we received no prior notification - I wouldn’t have booked this hotel if I had known, ice machines broken and moldy, night staff at front counter wasn’t very kind, the hotel/room was not worth the price we paid. Very disappointed and we would t recommend this hotel."

"We were very unhappy with the room we had. Upon entering, we noticed ants in the sink but didn’t think anything of it. However in the morning there was a handful of them crawling everywhere, especially in our belongings in the bathroom. While staff was kind, nothing was done about it. It wasn’t cleaned and we were given points for the inconvenience."

"Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Not as new as surrounding hotels, but everything was very clean. Breakfast had good amount of options. Only stayed one night but the full kitchen would have been very useful for a longer stay with kids. Would stay again when coming through Indy. "

"The walls were super thin. People were loud in the halls, and parking lot. The ones in the parking lot were jamming music in the wee hours in the morning."

"Unfortunately, the gentleman that checked us in was not trained very well when the fire alarms went off he did not have a clue what to do so we followed the direction from the fire department when they showed up. When we arrived, the person checking us in gave us the pool hours and then once we settled into our room, we found out the pool was closed due to an issue from the day before and they offered us a pool at the hotel, Next Door not a very professional offer. "Man was knocking on my door (women with children ) @130am went to front desk the man didn’t have a room there I don’t suggest for families especially women with children ! Rooms smelled like feet"

"They are in the middle of renovations, so things weren't in the best condition, but the rooms were spacious and had all the amenities that we needed."

"Smelled like pot everywhere. Our room smelled like terrible perfume and pot. Dirty floors. Carpet and furniture stained. Complimentary breakfast was sparse. Empty coffee pots. The main reason for the bad review is the smell and cleanliness of the rooms. Pictures online are not representative of hotel."

"Parking is lacking and the front desk staff seems bothered to have to do their job. I think she had her boyfriend behind the desk with her. There was someone behind the desk sitting in a chair with feet up. No Holiday Inn Express uniform. Very unprofessional."

"The rooms were just perfect for our needs. The facility is close to IMS and the IMS museum. The only downside was one night had a MMA event in the event center and there was insufficient parking for those staying at the hotel. We had to park in the fire lanes. A further complication was someone pulled the fire alarm at 6:00 AM on Sunday morning. We assume this doesn’t happen much. 🏎️😕🚒🚒"

"The only nice thing about this hotel was the woman at the front desk. Specifically Charity- as Tonya was rude and very unprofessional. I was in the room for approximately 2 hours before the smell of weed filled the room. Dogs barking in the room upstairs, not to mention a dog in the hallway off its leash. I left the hotel after a couple of hours and checked into a different hotel. The hotel staff refused to work with Expedia and will not refund my money. I am being accused of leaving the room...
