"Parking is lacking and the front desk staff seems bothered to have to do their job. I think she had her boyfriend behind the desk with her. There was someone behind the desk sitting in a chair with feet up. No Holiday Inn Express uniform. Very unprofessional."

"Smelled like pot everywhere. Our room smelled like terrible perfume and pot. Dirty floors. Carpet and furniture stained. Complimentary breakfast was sparse. Empty coffee pots. The main reason for the bad review is the smell and cleanliness of the rooms. Pictures online are not representative of hotel."

"Well... they are renovating the whole thing. My room was very nice and quiet and clean. No elevator as its being installed to bring building up to code. It had a very... urban thug vibe when I pulled with a chickenhead prowling the lot. The driveway was very '87 Beirut with deep chugholes everywhere supposedly to be renovated also. For the price for one night and location to restaurants, it was okay. I'll give it a couple years before considering another stay."

"Hotel rooms were almost doubled in price, pool was closed and we received no prior notification - I wouldn’t have booked this hotel if I had known, ice machines broken and moldy, night staff at front counter wasn’t very kind, the hotel/room was not worth the price we paid. Very disappointed and we would t recommend this hotel."

"The only nice thing about this hotel was the woman at the front desk. Specifically Charity- as Tonya was rude and very unprofessional. I was in the room for approximately 2 hours before the smell of weed filled the room. Dogs barking in the room upstairs, not to mention a dog in the hallway off its leash. I left the hotel after a couple of hours and checked into a different hotel. The hotel staff refused to work with Expedia and will not refund my money. I am being accused of leaving the room...
