"Room was decently clean - building was very poorly built. Every step on the floor was super creaky. Felt like the floor was going to break underneath me, and every step taken by anyone was loudly heard by anyone close. You should request the top floor if possible, as I was woken up at all hours and early every day by the person in the room above me. Many defects in the building, also the building was not cleaned as a whole. Dirty stairs, hallways, and elevators. Location was pretty good...

The main reason for the bad review is the smell and cleanliness of the rooms. Pictures online are not representative of hotel."

"The pool was not an operation, the continental breakfast included bread and cereal, the flooring in the bathroom was coming up. The bathroom itself was in horrible condition. The toilet seat had no bolts was just resting on top. The TV fell off the wall in the middle of the night. The remote stopped working and they handed me a remote with painters tape holding the batteries in."

"We paid for a 2 bed suite 154.00 usd and since that option is not even in existence we lost money and had to stay in the regular room at suite price. Plus this is the second time have stayed and the elevator has not worked. Such a good location it’s so sad the owners have run this property into the ground."

"Before I arrived, I called to confirm my check in time. I was told that the room we paid for would not be available because it's first come first served check in system. I had to talk to the front desk person and they were able to "find" a lesser room, however when we arrived it was clear it was not cleaned properly because the floor was sticky and smelled of syrup. We didnt have a complete set of bedsheets for the fold out couch, and it was surrounded in crumbs and dirt. The tv remote either...

"Place was dirty. It smelled bad. The elevator didn’t work said it had a pool, but it was broken."

"Well... they are renovating the whole thing. My room was very nice and quiet and clean. No elevator as its being installed to bring building up to code. It had a very... urban thug vibe when I pulled with a chickenhead prowling the lot. The driveway was very '87 Beirut with deep chugholes everywhere supposedly to be renovated also. For the price for one night and location to restaurants, it was okay. I'll give it a couple years before considering another stay."

"The property now charges utility fees that are not mentioned in the booking process. The room had a few moths in it. The hallways hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Kids pulling fire alarm early in the morning. But beds and towels were clean at least."

"In for race week. Quiet facility so could sleep. Great fitness center with dumbbells up to 75 lbs so a good workout possible. I would return to this location."
