"I called before I made the booking. They told me there was plenty of room in their parking lot for my U-Haul truck. I booked it when I arrived. There was no room in the parking lot. The desk told me to park across the street in a gravel lot. When I did, I realized it belonged to the automotive chain and not to the hotel. "Room was not very clean, sink was cracked, bedding had stains. Air conditioning worked great. Staff was friendly. Breakfast very basic. "

"We booked on Expedia and at arrival, the staff at the front desk was high and would not check us in. He stated that the system resets ever night and there was no reservation. We were told we could call the company number and book another room. I was charged through Expedia and am now not being given a refund because the hotel won’t answer. Expedia also attempted to call that night several times and they wouldn’t answer. But I am not given a refund which is unacceptable. "

"This was HORRIBLE. LOUD party in the lobby until 11 PM, slamming doors until 1AM, kids running up and down halls yelling, people drunk in groups in parking lot, stomping on above floors. Told front desk… she did NOTHING. Day manager said, “if it was me here, I would shut it down by 10pm” Also, the pool looked GROSS. Like it had oil in it. Slimy almost. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Waste of $$ and NO SLEEP!! "
