"It was okay. An older building. We needed a Handicap Accessible room. But none were available. So we made do. But it was difficult for our son to use the narrow bathroom with his wheelchair. It was close to the two places we needed to take our son for eye surgeries. "

"Had absolutely zero complaints. Very clean, comfortable bed, courteous staff. Did not eat breakfast so I can’t comment. Great stay!!"

"Strong smell of scented cleaning products. Not foul, but overwhelming for those like me who have allergies. I stayed bc it was late and I was exhausted. Everything else was great---quick check in wfriendly staff, very comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, giant tv. "

"Very disappointed by the whole experience. Booked six rooms all rooms were dusty and untidy. Stains on the bedsheets, not enough shampoo and missing towels. As we are a sporting group we expected a swimming pool to be available. This was advertised for width. It’s out of order until May and it looked disgusting. Should not be coming there ever again."

"I usually stay at this hotel twice a month I come in town with my family My last couple of stays have not been what it usually especially this time April 25,2026. My sink was stopped up in the bathroom. But before that I checked in at 415pm my children went to the pool about 440pm. We was there no long then 20 mins due to the CHLORINE being to strong.I notified the front desk which they told me it was salt water which I didn’t believe at all because everyone left out. The hotel closed the pool about a hour later & never opened it back up. I was very upset because honestly what is it do at a hotel for children besides SWIM. They are getting worse if you ask me I don’t recommend."

"In our room the air conditioner was wonky and worked when it wanted, the toilet kept making noise every so often even thru the night, the dresswr and remote were so sticky Inhad to wipe them down myself..along with the entry floor..which the wet towel came up almost black. There was also no way to make coffee...had the coffe grounds but no basket"

"DO NOT STAY HERE! ITS DIRTY AND HOMELESS HANG OUT AT THE FRONT ENTURANCE DOOR. DOESNT SEEM TO BE A SAFE AREA EITHER. WE LEFT AND DIDNT STAY WE WENT ELSEWHERE."
