"This was HORRIBLE. LOUD party in the lobby until 11 PM, slamming doors until 1AM, kids running up and down halls yelling, people drunk in groups in parking lot, stomping on above floors. Told front desk… she did NOTHING. Day manager said, “if it was me here, I would shut it down by 10pm” Also, the pool looked GROSS. Like it had oil in it. Slimy almost. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Waste of $$ and NO SLEEP!! "

"I called before I made the booking. They told me there was plenty of room in their parking lot for my U-Haul truck. I booked it when I arrived. There was no room in the parking lot. "This one was probably our favorite Drurys, we've stayed in several. Very busy on Final Four weekend, but with enough space to not feel cramped in the dining room, etc. Ample parking, dog walking area was sufficient. Bathrooms need better lighting, but all Drurys have that issue. That's about the only thing I'd change. Great business model."

"Parking was easy & secure and the staff as the desk was great. However, the two elevators were not working. One was down completely & the other was very slow & customers were getting stuck. They recommended using the stairs. I have hip problems & walked down from the 4th floor so I would not have to worry about missing or being late to a wedding. Manager was not around when we attempted to discuss the matter. Very unfortunate & unsafe conditions. Would not stay there again. "
