"Property Manager Michael is friendly and knowledgeable. Room is not in good condition, needs updating and the plumbing is not great. The shower has poor water pressure but the toilet flushes well, unlike some in French Quarter restaurants. The location of this Airbnb (it is basically an Airbnb, because we stayed for a week and were informed that no cleaning would happen until we check out) is excellent right in the heart of the French Quarter."

"Building looks nice on the outside and staff was friendly. Parking inside the property is $45 and you must use their valet service, you are not allowed to park yourself. It is a historic building so the smells were really strong throughout the elevator and halls. Our room smelled like mold and the bathroom needed more cleaning. The shower head and faucets had a lot of build up, the bottom of the tub looked dirty as well as the grout. You are paying for the location and outside looks."

"The property is old and fairly well maintained. The area was quiet. Close to many things but, far enough from the craziness. There’s a catholic museum in the other corner of the street that you should visit before or after going to the cathedral. Regarding the rooms, we had a mini fridge but, there was no microwave. However, there is one downstairs in the coffee area next to the pool. I was happy with my stay and the staff was really nice. "

"No gym and the breakfast is minimal. The property was nice, room was great. Staff were very accommodating. It is next to a train station so you will hear train whistles in middle of the night. "
