"Cute place. Hard to fish from balcony without hitting low ceiling. People were fishing from second floor. My two issues were: 1-the cleaning solution scents were intense. I tried to air it out a bit, but it didn’t help. I’m not sensitive to scents, and this was overwhelming. 2-locked our keys and phone in the room. "Can we just put our card on file for this location EVERYTIME we visit Houston!! The host was very nice when I called her before check-in. Yes I was able to call her which means a lot because before finding this location I had a bad experience with no communication from the host which made me feel uncomfortable with my reservations. I will make sure to reserve this location everytime!!"

"This property accepted same day bookings but then declined to allow access for 72hrs or two business days. They originally said access would be allowed after 2 hours and took our damage deposit. After we paid the damage deposit they declined to let us in until after our check out day so they could confirm funds that were sent arrived in their bank account even though it was credit card through Expedia.
