"The staff members were very attentive and very respectful. 5 stars to them, give those fine folks a raise!!! Didn't care for the area though, I was racially discriminated against just standing out on the sidewalk along Asylum street. I dont plan on ever coming back to Hartford but if by some act of God, I had to c9me back no matter what, Id stay at the Goodwin."

"The Ellery is a comfortable lodging experience. For the most part the layout of the room assists with reducing noise but overhead rooms are a little noisy. The staff are very hospitable and accommodating which helped us when we needed to check in after 8PM. The television viewing options were very plentiful which is a plus over many other lodging places. The continental breakfast was very tasty with fresh breads, bagels, and baked items.
