"The staff here are top notch. The location was also incredible. A very nice breakfast was included with our room. The bed was very comfortable and the room/bathroom clean and modern. The shower was pretty small and, as mentioned in other reviews, there is no lift. Parking can be difficult to find."

"This is a lovely hotel in a row of historic cottages along a street right by the Broughty Ferry waterfront and within easy walking distance to the shore on one side, and shops and restaurants on the other. Street parking in front of the hotel was free although it did take a few trips around the block to find a space during the mid afternoon. We used the pub in the ground floor as a meeting spot for friends and also really enjoyed the breakfast selection. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo hotel e siamo stati molto soddisfatti: camera tripla molto spaziosa e ristrutturata, letti comodi; la seconda camera prenotata, una doppia, aveva la vista sul mare ed era molto affascinante vedere il continuo cambio di panorama per la marea. Anche questa molto confortevole seppur piccola. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione è stata eccellente, con diverse scelte tra dolce e salato e di ottima qualità.
