"The stay was wonderful as always. We paid for the late checkout for 2pm to “enhance our stay”. At 12:30 we got a call asking when we were leaving and I informed her that we had the late checkout. She found it in the system, great! Within the next 30 mins we had two different housekeepers knocking at the door asking when we were leaving. My son went down to get a drink and came back to the key not working. Please make sure that all staff know that you enhanced their stay. So we won’t feel like we’re being pushed out the door."

"Location perfect for the 3Arena as it was a 30 second walk across the square. Transport right outside the hotel door from the city. Hotel was clean, food good. Bed was really creaky but that didn’t take anything away from our visit to Dublin. "
