"GREAT ALL ROUND - STAFF, FOOD, ROOM ETC..."

"Location was ideal for us and pricing within reason. We just spent one night before going on to Ely for a wedding."

"Modern clean hotel, swift check in and helpful staff. Downside is £20 for parking, pretty expensive considering the location. If I had known beforehand I would have booked elsewhere, booking website suggests parking available but not the cost which is on the high side."

"Disappointing stay and poor value at £125 per night. The room was dark, with the window facing another room’s window across a narrow gap, offering little natural light or privacy as you have to keep the curtain closed all the time. Although I booked a room for two people, only one bath towel and one bath mat were provided. Even staying alone, this meant that after an evening shower, I had to reuse a damp towel the following morning. A dental kit cost an additional £2. The Wi-Fi was very slow,...

"Last minute booking and staff was very helpful and friendly. Asked if we can leave our car after check out the next day as would like to explore the city and they actually allow us to do so which is unusual normally after checking out. Breakfast was nice apart from toast wasn’t warm enough but overall good experience. Room was clean and beyond my expectations in terms of what they provided. Good value and good location."

"We love this hotel, it’s really world class. Beautifully decorated, amazing staff, we are always so well looked after. The location is fantastic and our room had a lovely view over Parker’s Piece."

"Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a bit pricey however, especially if you are a lite eater."

"Wonderful staff"

"Friendly staff and upgraded to terrace suite"

"Great little overnight stay- central to everything you could want or need; walking distance from the station. Beds so comfy, shower washed away the 24hrs of travel from Australia…"

"For someone who doesn't cope well with noise from others, this isn't a place for you. Some male voices talking in communal area were heard multiple times throughout the night. I won't risk staying at another hostel unless there's absolutely no other choice. The shower room could use more than one hook for people to hang clothes and a towel. It's not possible to hang all items on one single hook."

"We were greeted by Noah and he served us breakfast each morning and made our stay more pleasant with his cheerfulness. We slept over the Pub and surprisingly had a great nights sleep for all three nights! We were in walking distance of market square and city shopping! Parks close by and Cam river. Enjoyed our stay!"

"Had a great stay at sorrento hotel!! I was solo traveling and all of the staff couldn’t have been more hospitable and helpful! Loved the restaurant on site. Room was cute, comfortable, and cozy. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Room and bed was clean, shower sink hoever clogged. Bed light not working. Very noisy pub until late, also much street noise during the night. Convenient on-site parking and nice location near railway station and restaurants. All and all highly overpriced."
