Convenience and easy way to all Mayo facilities without going outside. We were there for a week(surgery) and didn't go outside once. A great treat in a MN. Winter.

Our room wasn’t the cleanest and we found breakfast to be underwhelming. There were used contact lenses on our nightstand and no overhead lights in the room.
