"The Clermont is at a wonderful location. Access to public transportation right outside the doors. I loved walking in smelling the fresh flowers. The staff were friendly and said hello and goodbye every time I saw them. Check-in was easy and fast, and staff answered questions diligently. My only complaint is one elevator working.
