"The staff was very helpful. However here are my concerns. Our room was very hot the mattress was hard. The operator for the hot shower water was very confusing for people who aren’t familiar with the UK design for the hot water operator. Also the soap dispenser fell off the wall in the shower. "
"It was our dream to visit St.Ives all the way from Japan and we decided to stay at this hotel which reached to our expectation. The quality and atmosphere of the room over looking the beach was impressive. The room and every corner of the hotel was taken care accurately and neatly with the a kind of pride and affection of the owner and staffs. The breakfast was not gorgeous like a modern 5 star hotel, but it was good enough to enjoy the touch of a fresh morning in England. We would love to come back again to reminisce the unforgettable experience we had this time."
"Mark and Anna were impeccable hosts and couldn’t do enough to help us with our stay. Would highly recommend the Mustard Tree. Far enough out of the town to be out the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk. Ideally situated near a bus stop and the train station. What more could you want. Excellent service 👍"
