"Amazing hotel clean, fresh, rooms are lovely, nice size and complementary tea and coffee and mini fridge stocked, Jan the owner was lovely very welcoming, car parking is limited on site but that didn’t bother us we parked in a side street near the hotel, lovely location, shop few steps away, Carbis bay hotel and beach literally 5/10 minutes walk but mind the hill on the way back up, you can drive down but parking can be expensive for the day and limited spaces. Definitely return."

"Beautiful place, nice to walk around and breakfast was good. Nice view from room. Overall good stay. would stay again if we saw a good deal (price with breakfast incl). Room should have had a fridge for the price paid and heated towel rack didn't heat up, only negative."

Great location with a short walk to the beach and the train station. Martin & Margaret's hospitality and welcome made our stay even more special! The house and gardens are beautiful and so well kept and maintained! We will definitely be visiting again! "
