"Clean and modern spacious rooms. Love the location of the property as well, really close to the victoria train station and plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. Enjoyed the restaurants around. The only reason for a 4 star is because the rooms are so spread out but there is only one way to exit the hotel….so which means you are walking through a maze for 8-10 mins every-time you need to find your way to the street….may not be an issue if you are in the main building."

"It wasn’t the best building work was going on on our floor dust was everywhere as you would expect I had children one is asthmatic so they said they were fully booked and couldn’t offer us a different floor then they gave us a choice of a ten pound voucher to spend in hotel when we asked to buy soft drinks we were told no they wouldn’t take their own voucher no change of towels and coffee and toilet rolls not renewed in room"

Surprisingly, the room is spacious enough to accommodate even two large suitcases. We opted for the premium room with a king-size bed, which provided ample comfort during our stay."

"Great hotel, absolutely loved it, only down fall was the bed was very hard and the floors where very dusty so my feet was getting dirty quick but apart from this I absolutely loved it and also the breakfast was very good and great variety of stuff and definitely plenty of healthy options. "

"We've stayed in this Zedwell several times. This time the pillows wete very flat and when i contacted the concierge number (via whatsapp) for more pillows, I didn't get a reply but i did get a message through trying to upsell late check out and luggage storage which was annoying!"
