Breakfast choices were OK but the quality of the scrambled eggs was really low. They had no flavor. The hotel seemed safe. The room appeared dated but everything worked.

My bf and I have stayed here many times and we will continue to stay here if we are in the area! The staff are all top notch, and completely friendly and welcoming. The young man at the front desk named James, is really great!! He’s always helpful and a really friendly guy… Overall, the affordability, cleanliness and quality staff are what we appreciate here — and why we keep coming back!!!

The hotel was dated and decor was old BUT, it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great too and the front desk people were very nice.

Online on expedia they mentioned that an airport shuttle is available. However, when you call the hotel for the shuttle they tell you there is none. The rooms are outdated. The microwave in the room was very old. It was giving 1970s. The carpet in the lobby was stained and old. The staff had good service and were very nice to their guests.

The staff was really nice and professional, very welcoming even at 2:00am after we had a long day of delayed flights. Hallway carpets looked liked they could use a good cleaning. Beds comfy. Breakfast was a nice variety of food and good

Several unsafe strange people staying at and hanging around the hotel.. Carpet dirty in halls and rooms. Refrigerator not cold. We had to ask for towels trash bags amd toilet paper. Had to set the trash bags outside the room. No one ever knocked to clean the room. Hotel manager tried to charge extra money, more than he was suppose to for my pets! This hotel use to be a 4 o 5 star hotel, I know this because I use to work there. Bathtub was leaking! The whole time we were there. Phone in the room not working properly. Keys to room kept malfunctioning. The hotel is huge and has a lot of rooms. I do not see how they stay in business. Hardly anyone was staying at the hotel not even over the weekend. All the other hotels were packed. The hotel is not compared in my eyes eve to a run down motel 6. They even have not upgraded their furniture and facilities. Next time I get a hotel from your web site, and I use it often. I’m going to make sure I get refund insurance also. That is if I use this web site again. The hotel had also a bad odor the smells like uncleanliness.

I was in town for the Chris Brown concert with my sister & friend. Overall our stay was great! the staff were super friendly & accommodating. Being from Minnesota and our first time in Saint Louis, they recommend some great places to eat & local attractions. The room was very clean, everything worked great! No issues at all. I would definitely stay again if i were to go back to Saint Louis. The breakfast was absolutely great! belgian waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy, fruit, apple/orange juice, ice water, fresh hot coffee, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, etc . COMPLIMENTARY!

The first day was wonderful. The desk staff was extremely pleasant and all other staff was accommodating. The hot water failed during the second day, and I only found out when I was getting ready to take a shower, which didn’t happen. I had to wash up with cold water. It wasn’t fixed that night, nor the next day, which meant I was washing up in cold water again. The staff of the hotel said absolutely nothing about it, and I only found out that the entire hotel was affected after talking to another guest at checkout.
