The staff was great, especially the front desk. Welcoming, cordial and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Great gym on site. Location was perfect for me as I was there for baseball games. Breakfast included was convenient. Overall a great place and I would definitely stay there again.

The bed and pillow were quite comfortable. The towels were wonderful. The room was small. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful but the location is terrible. Off street parking in that area does not feel safe. Lots of homeless people milling around . The valet parking is a nice service but expensive! Would’ve stay there again?? Probably not because of the safety and parking issues.

The hotel was great, clean and the breakfast was delicious. The only issues I had were that I was unable to connect to the internet and the refrigerator in the room leaked water. I contacted the front desk to inform them of this. They said they were going to send someone to look at these issues but failed to do so. I only stayed for one night so there was no impact, but this would have had an impact if I was planning on staying longer.

Location to our needs was good, although neighborhood itself I wouldn't want to walk at night. Room was average. Breakfast was a constant battle between running out of food or utensils. There seemed to be large groups in town for multiple events. Breakfast wise, despite their knowledge of their census, they seemed ill-prepared.

Our room was amazing. The staff were all extremely welcoming and friendly. My only complaint is the construction surrounding the property. GPS was not cooperating with re-routing us to a way that we could actually access the hotel via vehicle. I had to call to get directions. It would have been awesome to have received an email notification to let us know that - with alternate directions.
