"The toilet did not flush ! Ihad to remove the tank lid and lift the stopper. It was late and I neede to get to sleep rather than wait for a repairman.
In the morning the room was cool and I attempted to adjust the thermostat and it was flashing a battery symbol. I reported it to the desk attendant and he apologized.
How can a room be cleaned by an employee and not notice these issues?
I was expecting better from HIlton."

"Everything inside the property was great , but we choose hotels by the description of the surroundings also. That was a bit of deception. It states waterfront but not what we expect to see, it was more like a swamp with a fence around and a big construction in front of the hotel.
Also parking was a crazy thing to me , because we have to pay a fee and my car was right in front of the hotel entrance.
Just a few feet from the door. So you can't park in the parking lot but valet only. That's my...

"Very lovely boutique hotel in downtown Portland, Maine. Small rooms, and there is no storage, so you have to live out of your suitcase for a couple of days. And there is no table and only one chair so that’s a negative, if you want to work in your room or have room service, there’s nowhere to sit and eat. The walk-in range shower is great, bathroom is lovely, but the water pressure in the bathroom sink is terrible. But overall, a lovely hotel, if I stayed again, probably just for one night. They...
