"Perfect location. Beds were really hard and the so called quilt is really thin, thinner than the sheets. Housekeeping never cleaned the room even though we had the maid service sign on the door all day. We had to stop someone and ask. They only provide 3 sets of towels no matter how many are staying in the room. I had to go down to guess service to request additional towels. Restaurant on site was pretty good and reasonable prices. Other than that, everything else was good."

"I stayed for three nights. The hotel room itself was clean. The sheets could’ve been better. So def take extra blankets. The only other thing that isn’t mentioned when booking that I didn’t like was the $100 deposit fee to get your keys & the $15 parking per night. No where when booking did I see any of those requirements but to each their own."

"The property was fairly clean, a good size, and had a nice overall appearance. However, during our entire stay, housekeeping only came to our room once-and that was only because we happened to see a housekeeper in the hallway and asked if our room could be serviced. She told us that no door sign was needed because housekeeping automatically services rooms, but that wasn't our experience. Even during that one visit, only one of the beds was made, which was very disappointing. We considered bringing the issue to the front desk, but by that point we were concerned that complaining might result in an unhappy employee returning to service our room. Overall, the lack of consistent housekeeping significantly affected an otherwise pleasant stay."

"The bell hop is in need of leadership and organization. Everyone who shows up parks, double parks, you trying to get a hold of a bellhop. Hard to get one, as well as getting enough Dollie’s to help. Very frustrating. The front counter tells you at 4pm that your room isn’t ready. Unacceptable. Had to wait. Then finally complained and all of a sudden the room isn’t ready ready. Please work on leadership and organizational skills."
