"I’ve now stayed at the NobleDEN Hotel three times, and it continues to exceed my expectations every single visit. I absolutely love the location, the staff, and the overall hospitality. From the moment we arrive, the team is incredibly detail oriented, greeting us right away, opening the door, welcoming us in, and helping with our luggage. What stands out most is their genuine willingness to go above and beyond to make our stay special. They leave thoughtful treats, consistently offer assistance, and are always proactive in making sure everything runs smoothly. One service I’ve used multiple times and truly appreciate is their help with arranging a taxi to the airport. They ensure the car arrives on time, which makes travel so much less stressful. During my most recent stay, I left behind a small item, and the staff personally called me to let me know. They even walked me through options to have it shipped back, such a thoughtful touch that really speaks to their level of care. The location is also unbeatable. It’s right across from the newly opened L'Industrie Pizzeria, which was a fun surprise since we’d been wanting to try it. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in NYC."

"I wasn't sure what to expect since the hotel was priced on the budget friendly side considering New York prices . I was very pleasantly surprised the room was big really a one BR apartment . clean and the staff were very nice. My only complaint is that the neighbors next to me were Extremely loud pounding on theire door and yelling but you cant control things like that . The best thing was the location I like the Soho area and this is smack dab in the middle of everything . Was sad I was only there for one night . Would definately recomendf"

"Very outdated hotel. Charged for a smoking fee when I don’t smoke at all and told them it was probably my hair tool releasing smoke into the air. They told me they were going to charge me their fee anyways. Could not get in contact with anyone upon leaving "

"The location is great, walkable to just about anything. Loved the roof deck. Rooms are good, nothing fancy, but everything you need. "

"It was exactly what I wanted being a solo traveler who only needed a place to sleep and shower. Very clean and quiet. Not once did I have to wait on a toilet stall or shower stall to open up. This will be my spot for all my NYC trips in the future. Downstairs lockers if you need one. Loved the comfortable blanket. A robe, sound machine (which I really didn’t need) and earplugs were provided in room. Easy access to public transportation and my required morning coffee was nearby."
