However I was very surprised that upon checkout I was told I owed $200 for selecting a “package” that included a daily resort credit and free bike rentals. I was there for work and never would have opted in for this. I feel deceived and disappointed that when I checked in it wasn’t called to my attention and given the option to decline it."

We had our car loaded, heading to tennessee.They put us on the right side of the building to keep an eye on. The room was really clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. "I was extremely disappointed with the condition of this property. The hotel was dirty and poorly maintained, and there was a strong smell of marijuana throughout the premises. To make matters worse, I witnessed individuals apparently using drugs outside the lobby entrance, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe.
