"The room was perfect for my needs, with a nice view of the lake. It was quiet as well. The only issue I had was nearly falling on the sidewalk near the parking area due to ice hidden underneath the snow. "

The breakfast was made of real eggs with chives! None of those rubbery eggs from other establishments. The coffee in the room and in the breakfast area was excellent. "Stayed here for 4 nights during Christmas week. Room and halls were clean and quiet. There was a snowstorm one overnight (7") but the parking lot was plowed repeatedly and my car (a small SUV) was not stuck in its parking spot. Front desk personnel were personable and friendly. I only had breakfast one morning and it was the standard hotel fare at this $ range: very basic but kept clean. As I have family in the area, I will definitely book again. "

"Historical B&B in a beautiful location on the Mohawk River, we had a great stay here. The place is filled with awesome antiques acquired by proprietors John and Pam over 30 years. The inn dates back to the 1800's and four U.S. Presidents have stayed here. Located 22 minutes from Saratoga Racetrack and 45 minutes from Lake George, we loved being able to explore the area and return to this quiet inn. Breakfast was delicious and John & Pam were gracious hosts who provided great tips for exploring...
