"The hospitality and attentiveness was outstanding. Both John and his wife Patti were there for any needs we had. I had by accident via Expedia set my arrival date for a day later than we arrived. When we got to Shaker I discovered this. John accommodated us nevertheless. The grounds were great and the morning breakfast was welcoming. "
"Beautiful stay. We booked last minute and it was amazing! We were able to book the room with jacuzzi and a fireplace—which made the whole stay so romantic. Will recommend and am planning to visit regularly. Hoping to return in the fall but definitely next spring. "The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. They were fast and lots of choices. It had lots of baked goods. I got the chesdar omeltte and bacon and toast plus fruits in season lime melon etc.
Its a lovely place it takes you back in time. The owner is very easy going and nuce and can answer most questions"

"Love the new feel of a new property. The breakfast was a little lacking as the food keep on running out and it took some time for the assistant to refill the stations. One coffee machine went down and only one machine was working creating a line to get coffee. Besides that, great location to come and visit the Bershires. "
"Lovely stay. Comfortable bed. Large room. Adequate breakfast (no hot options that we saw, but plenty of other yummy items to choose from) with lots of spaces to enjoy it. Just a few steps outside the main street area of of Lennox. Plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby. We attended an excellent outside show at the Shakespeare, which is just down the road, and hiked Mt Lenox as well. Tanglewood is outside of town too. Lots to do. Beautiful area. Great stay. "
"Hi, when I checked in the guy at the front desk said that the hotel was full so they gave me a different type of room. I told him I paid for a two queen bed and somehow he found me a room. So basically he lied. Terrible terrible impression."

We ended up leaving something behind by mistake and they immediately called us and let us know that we had left something in the room that was important to us.
