"Welcome was spot on - very friendly but professional. Food great and room very well presented. My only issue is road noise but hotel has installed extra glazing so bring ear plugs (I am a very light sleeper as live ima quiet location) ample car parking with free chargers"

"The room we stayed in at the back of the pub called The Old Barn was amazing. So clean, eco friendly and spacious. We did think the top floor overlooking the lounge area could be utilised better as there was just a massive dining table in there. The staff and dining in the pub was exceptional. "

There is no kettle in your room but you are offered freshly made tea / coffee and have your choice of early morning drink delivered to your room half an hour before breakfast- a perfect start to the day. "Absolutely outstanding place to stay,asked us what we wanted for breakfast and a fantastic bacon and egg sandwich was waiting in the warmer in the morning amongst a lot of other breakfast cereal too,you can even feed the cows in the field opposite 10/10"

"Super clean and very welcoming owners"

"The property is on the banks of a stream with the constant sound of a waterfall which gives it a certain ambience. Rooms very clean and staff very friendly end helpful. Evening meal and breakfast both excellent. Convenient bus service to and from Huddersfield stopping right outside."
