Good, comfy hotel

Stayed here many times now. Good, comfy rooms bathrooms could do with updating. The parking should be free seeing as it's next to the hotel. The swimming pool is really good and the breakfast was very very good.

Comfortable Stay - everything you need

Ideal for the concert we were attending, obviously this has been a grand hotel in its time and could do with some TLC and money being lavished on it but our room was bright, modern and the bed linen/towels were clean & the bed very comfortable. Great nights sleep. Friendly, welcoming staff.

One Night Stay

I've visited Stoke on a number of occasions but this has been the best hotel I stayed in. it's nice and central, the rooms are good and the breakfast very tasty. The staff are very good - especially Shawney the receptionist, who was wonderful in sorting out a few niggles. I'll happily go back.

Best western Hanley

The hotel quite frankly is a bit shabby and is seriously in need of modernisation/ make over.Getting past that the room was clean and tidy and the staff quite helpful.
