"When I got there @ 45 mins early I used the bathroom in the lobby and it was immaculate. They let me check in early, room was extremely clean as was the bathroom. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The ac worked great.the water pressure was great and hot water stayed hot. Staff was super friendly. The breakfast was good.hot waffles, biscuits and hot gravy, bagels, Danish, coffee, oj cranberry juice. A great value for the price. I'll def return when I'm back in the area."

"I just experienced a lovely stay at Comfort suites, the room was very comfortable, the bed was like floating on a cloud, the staff were very friendly accommodating, the breakfast buffet was excellent. Highly recommend staying there, also close to Rt 84 easy access"

"The first room smelled like a wet locker room. The next room was clean and the A/C was good. However, the next day we were out of our room from 10 am to 530 pm and expected the room to have been cleaned. It wasn’t. I called the front desk from the room phone twice and the person couldn’t hear me at all - which meant the phone didn’t work. Had to go down to the front desk and the gentleman couldn’t tell me why housekeeping didn’t clean the room nor did he offer to send someone. He gave me some...

"Loved our stay at the historic Thayer. My one consideration for the future is that there were a lot of events happening at the hotel on a Saturday and it would have been wonderful for Zulu or Pattons to be open earlier. We didn’t have any places to congregate while we were waiting for shuttles so the lobby became fairly crowded. Minor in the scheme of things as it really was a wonderful property."

"The staff was very friendly & overall the property looks nice. However, there were at least 6 bugs in our room, 2 that were in the bed. According to Google, they weren’t bed bugs, ticks, or fleas (dogs were staying in the hotel) - but nonetheless made for an uncomfortable night’s sleep. Additionally, part of the reason why we picked this hotel was the pool & jacuzzi; unfortunately, the pool was freezing cold (like “cold plunge” cold, could barely even stand with just our feet on the top step...

"Really deserves 2.5 stars. Staff was pleasant and professional. Outside and room are a bit run down; but mostly clean. Room had a fridge and microwave but spotty internet and hot water with poor water pressure. Only 1 cup and 1 bar of soap for amenities. Not sure if there were other guests as it seemed most everyone there lived in the rooms, including the strong smell of pot in the morning. Place seemed safe enough though. I’d give it 2 stars but staff brought it up a bit. Ok for the night; but...

"It was a little bit of a maze to find the room and the hallways looked dated and there was a bit of a smell, but once we got to the room it felt like I was in a different place lol. The room was clean, had no smell, more amenities than a regular hotel, shower with good water pressure. The bed was comfortable, smart TV, full fridge with freezer. Very happy with the room"
