"Lovely hotel"

"The room was fairly basic, minimalist! There were no spare blankets available but the room had heat available in the hotel. The restaurant ordering was all by QR code - no cash. The food was good. The outer corridors was noisy until 9.45pm with small children running up and down and yelling unsupervised. I didn’t report it hoping the parents would act like parents!"

"Really nice house, table football etc for the kids, nice back garden and well-equipped kitchen. Really happy"

"DO NOT STAY! Absolutely disgusting. Arrived at property with 3 children to find another woman in room, had to sleep in car as hotels.com could not find me another place to stay"

"Upon arrival, I was initially assigned an occupied room. The place was unstaffed, and the provided phone number was unreachable. I had to ask other guests for an alternative number. I called, texted, and left a WhatsApp message on that number, but received no response for at least an hour.When I finally received a text message with details for a new room, I found the bed was broken and the room was freezing cold. A staff member told me he would come to fix the issue but ultimately never showed...

"Terrible. Not at all as advertised. Front door was unlocked and open on arrival. Room door was open on arrival and unlockable. Room window was damaged and stuck wide-open, completely unclosable. I called the contact number and had no answer and received no call back. I arrived towards midnight at the property and still chose not to stay here."

"The bedsheets were dirty with holes in them from cigarette burns and the smoke alarm was covered by a glove hanging on the ceiling Was told a cleaner would come out, but they never did. We did not stayed the night and had to find somewhere else."

"The room was too cold, window can not close. Mattress is all spring no foam, very uncomfortable. "

"It was terrifying! I booked one of my accomplished musicians to stay after our long late evening rehearsal. When we enter the room (no staff available of course ro even speak to), we found the room had bed laid already by strangers! Later, 3 drunk guys returned to my reservation room 9, sleeping on the bed and one drunk man was on the floor!"

"This place was dreadful. The photos do not reflect the room. My husband sat on the bed and it collapsed onto the floor. He weighs 140 pounds so not a big bloke. On top of that there were no towels provided even though they are in the pictures. It was a hot day and we couldn't take a shower before going out. Do not stay here."

"Very Hot! No AC. Did not feel safe, there were people walking around through the hallways and smoking out side, which their smoke came into our room through the one and only tiny window which offered limited ventilation"

"The property is undergoing some kind of renovation. It is dirty, fire doors do not close properly. The bed sank when you touched it. No tv, no WiFi, security of the property leaves a lot to be desired. The shared bathrooms are dirty and the locks barely work. Holes in the plasterboard walls. Stains up the walls. DO NOT stay here."

"It was a terrible experience, locating the property was so difficult, the cleanliness is zero, poo in the toilet, showers not working, no hot water running fron the sink, bedroom heating not on, the bed is scrab. Infact no positive to say about the property."

"This is the worst place I have ever stayed in. The photos do not reflect the disrepair of the place. The photos of the room showed towels and when we arrived there were no towels. We were unable to take a shower before going out to our party. Very disappointing after a very warm day. When we got into bed one side of the bed was broken and I collapsed onto the floor. Do not book this place."
