"A nice place in a nice area but a bit overpriced."

"The place is very cute and well decorated. The shower and bathroom was much smaller than expected so I would keep that in mind. We also had to climb three flights of stairs to get to our room. The AC also didn’t seem to be working as it was incredibly hot at night. The communication and hospitality was good, just felt the experience wasn’t as great as I had hoped."

"This place is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! There is NO ONE at the building. 4 floors with no elevator. The stairs are narrow, steep, and slanted. My room was in rough condition. Part of the bathroom floor was crumbling apart. There are a unisex bathrooms on each level. One was a closet with just a toilet and no sink. The other must have just been used because the floor was soaked and wet footsteps trailing into the public hallway. There are no signs to mark the place and multiple doors on 2 different...

"Area is quiet, building is modern, super clean and roomy. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Green line is an easy, short walk. Elevator wasn't working, but we were notified ahead of time and we easily managed the one flight of stairs. Would stay here again."

"Our first night the TV did not work and we were not able to adjust the temperature in the room because the thermostat displayed the message "low battery". . So the first night was freezing. They did respond quickly to text but did not repair until the next day. The building is older so its understandable that its not in new condition but we heard the wind howling all night long. The window obviously needs repaired and they attempted to patch the window with a couple pieces of wood. That clearly...

"The property is in a good, quiet location close to the T. It was clean and moderately comfortable. They didn’t send the check in instructions until I reached out to prompt it, but once I reached out they responded quickly. Decent cheaper option near Boston sights to see."

"SUPERB doesn't half say it... really nice sunny apartment, 2 BRs with comfy beds (welI only slept in 1 but tried both), 1 and 1/2 baths, nice well equipped little kitchen (real gas stove...), living room area with great couch and nice TV. Plus a balcony with a breathtaking view of Boston skyline. Beats any hotel suite out there by miles... highly recommend!"

"We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect for exploring Boston, with close and easy access to public transportation. The unit had more than everything we could have needed. The communication with the host was excellent, and they were quick and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend it to all."

"We loved the location and the host was amazing. We only wish the sidewalk construction wasn’t going on because it obstructed part of the beautiful view."
