"The ironing board was broken and full of dust. It hadn’t been clean in a while. One side of room electric outlet and light did not work. Restroom was pretty clean. No staff opened office at 8 am. Had to drop off key in box to check out."

"The staff here is FABULOUS! Friendly and helpful and probably the best customer service I’ve had at a budget hotel. Our room was clean and comfy. The property is older and right next to the highway but that is the only bad thing. Room was spotless, they had rugs and towels for the dogs and a decent walking area around the corner. Don’t let their policies scare you. This was a great stay!"

"There was no front desk to check in We asked if we can cancel at front desk before even checking in, the virtual guy said cause you booked through Expedia, have to go through them, Expedia said it’s ok with us, they called the virtual guy and he said no we can’t! Complete waste of 30 minutes of my time! "
