"Nice hotel in a convenient location, my only complaint was that the room was cold and when I asked about it I was told the heating doesn’t come on until 6pm. Unfortunately the heating didn’t seem to come on at any time of dayl, We visited early April."

"This is the first time I stay in this hotel with my family. The carpark just next to the hotel but no more hotel guest price. We have to park there by paying two days price as we arrived at 4pm and planned to leave at next day 10am. The room and the hotel is clean and in modern design. Swimming pool is a big crowned and lack of space for us to put our belongings at the poolside. Breakfast is perfect and food refill in minutes. The only thing which cannot gain a five star is room network and wifi is zero signal. We can just access in lobby ( I don’t know how’s other room). Other than that, all is perfect. "

"Yes but the staff were not very customer friendly. The bed was very uncomfortable. When we checked out no questions asked how was your stay my husband asked where to leave the keys she said just there. Not acceptable we came all the way from London. It was suppose to be igh hotel.
