"The proximity to the Bridge was amazing for sunset/sunrise views. The room was small, but perfect for a one night stay as a solo traveler. Bed was decent and my mark of any good hotel - sleep timer on the TV- check, and decent pillows - check."

"I arrived late at night and was unable to open the room door. I had to return to the front desk, and a staff member came back with me to the room and demonstrated that the door had to be forcefully pushed open every time in order to work. I was also unable to get the TV working despite trying multiple troubleshooting steps, including unplugging and reconnecting it and trying different outlets.
