"This hotel is not only clean and comfortable, it is also located near good restaurants. We were in Phoenix for a medical appointment at the Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center, located about two miles away. We were perfectly situated."

"Room was nice , clean and spacious"

"Nothing"

"Room smelled, and look well maintained.. Ba"

"Very helpful staff"

"This is an average hotel and the rooms are spacious and clean. Easy access to highway."

"Housekeeping was a real downer, from start to finish we were totally unhappy with the way our room was being serviced. Dirty toilet, beds half made, no soap in the shower dispenser, just basically bad. We always leave a nice tip to the housekeeping, not on this place. BW has really went downhill on the rooms. We won’t be back. Just my opinion."

"The rooms are always very clean. We were on a high level and the room was very quiet. I love that they serve a hot breakfast in the morning and that it is included in the room price."

"Free breakfast (very basic), Free airport shuttle, the room is full of amenities but I don’t know what kind of smell in the beginning, the place not near restaurant and location is sketchy."

"it was nice that they had a washer and dryer"

"Convenient location to arts district and museums. Staff were friendly and gave a gift voucher to next door bakery. Main complaint is how loud the AC was especially when it kicks on suddenly."

"Hotel was great, clean, staff friendly"
