"Stayed here when attending a concert at the O2 because it’s so convenient.
Arrived just before the 3 o’clock check in but the room wasn’t ready until after 4 o’clock, this impacted our time getting ready to attend the concert and find somewhere to eat.
At breakfast it was rather a long time before anyone asked if we would like coffee, when it arrived we went to choose our breakfast from the buffet, returned to the table only to find they had taken the coffee away!!"

"Great hotel to access all of central London, a nice glass of Prosecco on arrival before we had even checked in, all staff very friendly and welcoming.
We selected the king deluxe room which was everything we expected, we ate at the hotel restaurant in the evening and enjoyed some fine Indian food.
I would personally recommend staying at the Hilton Bankside Hotel and will be looking forward to staying there again soon."
