Khách sạn Trung tâm thành phố Stratford-upon-Avon , Stratford-upon-Avon

"The large suite upstairs is great but no lift. Luckily I had help with my luggage during check in and when checking out. The room itself is super roomy. The bathroom vanity area has poor lighting."

"Wonderful location, an easy walk to the Royal Shakespeare Theater and other Shakespeare locations. Parking ample and easy. Staff wonderful. This historic old building has been very well cared for and the decorations and gardens were delightful. We were very happy to find a ventilator already in our room. The bed was comfortable, the shower wonderful, the storage generous for our two day visit. Stratford itself was absolutely lovely, but this fantastic hotel made the trip even better!"

"Charming period property handy to everything in Stratford Upon Avon. Tasteful rooms, appealing common areas (restaurant and bar) a touch of history with modern amenities. Would recommend to anyone wanting accommodation with olde worlde charm. Bathrooms well presented and carpark only a few minutes away"

"Proximity to centre of Stratford was excellent. Room was a good size, clean but slightly dated (I think that there is refurbishment work going on at the moment). Really good value for money and added bonus of cheap parking and electric charge points in the car park. Would definitely stay at the Swans Nest again."

"Great stay"

"Convenient, clean, comfortable. Good value. The rooms do not feature a small fridge or microwave, but there are numerous eateries and shops within a block or two."

"Absolute disgrace of a place. Myself, my mum and my two children booked here for two nights. The fold out bed was apparently for two people. There’s no way. There was a single duvet on it and only one clean towel on top (three towels in total for 4 guests), so even the staff are aware that it cannot sleep 2 persons. This resulted in myself and my two children sharing the bed and my mum on the sofa bed. The tv flex wasn’t long enough to reach the socket. There was a used plaster, hair ties and...

"Travelled with family. Easy access to lock box outside. Spacious. Lovely 3 bedroom charactered house. Good location. En-suite bedroom on first floor with 4 poster bed with TV. Top floor have two bedrooms, would be perfect if there is another TV upstairs too for the children! Kitchen well equipped with dishwasher. Very pleased about the deep bath ! "

"Iain and Diane were great hosts. Everything was well-organised and immaculately clean. Lots of little personal touches in the room. Breakfast was excellent too, with a good choice of items. Very happy with my stay and location is perfect. Sue Hurst"

"Laundry was not on site it was down the street, regular laundromat . Supplies were very limited. 1 -,Bin bag , no dishcloth, 1 tea towel. -3,- day stay with 4 adults. It could be family friendly . Mattresses were sagging very difficult for 2 people to sleep . "

"The hotel is very pretty and picturesque. Housekeeping and the rest of the staff were very friendly and polite. Reception was the exception. Nothing major, but when we arrived, staff weren't sure about simple things like parking or whether we could use the business centre, and kept having to check with each other. A smile and a warm, friendly greeting would also go a long way. It's the first impression guests get, so it's a shame it didn't match the rest of the stay. The air-con in my room...

"Fantastic staff, rooms are decorated and furnished to a very high standard, really clean and with lovely touches. Regrettably, the sound proofing is very poor and most movements between and outside rooms and car park, can be heard leading to an interrupted night’s sleep. If we hadn’t stayed before, based on this visit, we wouldn’t stay again but as we had such a good stay the first time, we’d stay again, just not in this particular room."

"The staff were most welcoming and helpful. The property is absolutely gorgeous and food and drink was amazing!"
