"Excellent hotel located in a beautiful zone of Naples. Great transportation option with subway 3 blocks from the hotel. General maintenance of hotel is good. We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. It neeeds better logistics for breakfast where cutlery is difficult to find, there is only one salt recipient or sometimes a door to access breakfast is closed and difficult to open if...

"The Melrose is a gorgeous place to stay away from the hustle & bustle of Sorrento. The pool area & gardens are lovely as is the outside bar - every little detail has been thought of, it’s a lovely place to spend time relaxing. We stayed in the delux double room which is very spacious, the only downside is, it doesn’t have an outdoor seating area whereas most of the other rooms do.
