"The property is well located, which was a definite plus. The apartment shows its age and would benefit from some refreshing and maintenance. There were also a few cleanliness details that appeared to have been overlooked, such as a dirty plate in the microwave and cleaning rags left in the washer."

Beautiful 1BR Apartment Near Prater ParkStuwerviertel

"I have travelled extensively and can confidently say that I have never encountered such poor accommodation. The facilities provided were not fit for use. The bed, towels, bedsheets, duvet, couch, and pillows were all in an unacceptable condition old, worn, unpleasant in appearance, and emitting a very bad odor.
Furthermore, prior to my arrival, it appears the heating and hot water had been turned off remotely, and all the windows were left wide open. As a result, the apartment was freezing cold...

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Vienna. The location is excellent and made it incredibly easy to get around the city. Everything about the hotel was top-notch—the property was exceptionally clean, the rooms were spotless, and the included breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options.
The staff was also wonderful, friendly, and highly professional throughout my entire visit. From the cleanliness to the service, everything was absolutely perfect. I would definitely stay here again...

"Clean, large quiet rooms, comfy bed and blackout curtains.
No air-con, so a little too warm, even in October, street noise if you open the balcony door - think you can ask for a fan at Reception.
Free coffee and water available from the bar area during the day and reasonable variety of drinks to purchase.
20 minute walk to Gasthaus Hansy for a great meal.
Tram stop 2 outside takes you direct to city centre.
Spar just few minutes walk away.
Would stay again but not in the Summer."

"The room was lovely, especially the round window with seat. We didn’t do the breakfast buffet because we were worried we wouldn’t be able to get 24 euro’s worth out of it, but there were plenty of cute cafes close by that did a nice breakfast. Being right next to the station suited us as we came and left by train, and found everything either easily walkable or a quick metro ride away. Our only complaint really was that they don’t hold luggage for you - there are pay lockers available though."
