"Owner is literally crazy . He refused to checked us in inspite of confirmed and paid reservation from hotel. com . Hotel.com had confirmed reservations and he wanted us to pay 40 US$ more saying hotel.com doesn’t know and he doesn’t care for their confirmation and he owns the property and will not let us checked in unless if we pay him extra .
