"We were staying at SCHLOSS Zermatt for four nights and absolutely loved it! The family suite is nice, clean, and spacious; breakfast is delicious; and the location is so convenient, just a few steps away from the Zermatt train station, the Gornergrat railway station, and the main station. Zermatt is a lovely place to visit, and SCHLOSS surely add another reason for us to come back and visit again in the future. We will definitely stay here again and would love to recommend it to our friends."
"Beausite Zermatt was a fabulous hotel to stay in for our 3 day hiking trip to the area. We received friendly advice from the concierge on appropriate level hikes and places to eat on the mountains.The breakfast was decadent and the spa/pool options were wonderful. We were upgraded to a room with a beautiful deck and view of the Matterhorn which made our stay extra special. You will not regret staying here!"
"We absolutely loved our stay at CERVO. The view, the food, the quality of the room, the amazing staff, the wonderful spa, the list goes on and on.. It’s a funny feeling because I want CERVO to be visited by everyone visiting Zermatt, but I also wish this very special place to be a secret!! ;) Anyhow, I would recommend this place with 10 out of 10 rating, it’s just AMAZING.

Note the rooms don’t have air conditioning and it gets pretty warm in August, but you can request a fan. "

"We just finished staying for 3 days at the Aristella in Zermatt and really enjoyed staying there. The staff is very friendly and the room was spotless. The Aristella is close to the train station, main shopping area, and attractions like the Glacier Paradise cable car and the cog railway. The breakfast (and the staff at breakfast) are great as well!

"Hvis jeg skulle finde en lille ting rent bæredygtighedsmæssigt; så blev der næsten skiftet sengetøj hver dag, det synes jeg ikke er nødvendigt.

"Travelling from the US with 10 year old daughter for skiing in late december. The Matterhorn view was incredible. Friendly and helpful staff. They helped pick the right lifts and runs based on skill level. Very convenient ski room for gear. Very good breakfast with lots of options. The pool was nice as well. Between the two main lifts. Overall 10/10, but i wish they would take amex. We took a taxi to the lifts because the walk is maybe 7 minutes in boots and we aren't used to that yet,...
"Amazing hotel! From being welcomed after 30 hours of travel with a glass of white wine, to the friendly breakfast staff, to helping me cobble together a nourishing dinner after a relaxing spa service…the staff at this hotel truly set it apart! And the rooms! I slept with all the windows and the patio door open just gazing at the Matterhorn until I fell asleep. And the spa! Really a wonderful steam room, sauna, and pool.
