"My booking was never sent to the company hosting the house. I was left without a place to stay. I received emails confirming my booking and the money was taken from might account as well. Ultimately, I did receive a refund but after I was extremely inconvenienced!! I don’t know who dropped the ball with this booking, but there should be a better system in place for this home."

"Room was clean, quiet area, comfortable. I got the full strip view on New Year’s Eve and because of the low clouds and rain, was able to watch the fireworks from the room which was a huge bonus. All the front desk are friendly. Walking distance to outlets so I walked there for lunch and to go shopping during the day. Love the 24 hour coffee and tea available in the lobby. Free breakfast."

I also enjoyed being away from the strip. The hotel was so quiet and offered a far off but pleasant view of what I believe is Spring Mountain Ranch State Park. I get up early for a brisk morning walk and it was a nice area to do so."

"Tranquil experience in Las Vegas. Enjoyed a few days with our kids at the end of our trip. Having the private FS pool separate from the craziness of Mandalay Bay was a game changer. My teen kids could enjoy the wave pool while we enjoyed some relaxation. Great location and access to the strip and airport but with the amenities you’d expect at a Four Seasons."

We were pleased to enjoy a Wednesday night social reception of soup and salad which was unexpected and also wonderful. The staff was polite and helpful. Our room was clean and HUGE!! "I enjoyed my stay at Aloft Henderson. It has a relaxing vibe, which is hard to find in the Las Vegas area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The premises were spotless, including the room. It is close to the strip (about 15 minutes by car). As I have family in the area, I visit often. I will be staying at Aloft again. "
