"We really enjoyed staying here for an overnight before continuing to travel. It is airport and rental car close. The hotel itself is very clean and well kept. The staff extremely personable and friendly. The only glitch was waiting for the hotel shuttle. Be reminded that it is not a shuttle just for this hotel and there may be multiple stops before you are picked up and dropped off. Our wait was 45 min. However, loved our shuttle driver Maddy!!! She was so awesome!"

"Was in Vegas for the BTS concert and the hotel made it a very memorable experience. They has BTS photos in the lobby and the staff were extremely friendly no matter what. They even moved our reservation up which was extremely kind of them. Couldn't ask for a better hotel for the concert!"

"I really enjoyed my stay at Mandalay Bay. I’ve stayed at multiple different resorts on the strip and I have to say, this I now my favorite. The rooms and casino were very clean and beautifully decorated. The pool area was very relaxing and the food was delicious at the restaurants I tried inside Mandalay Bay. I was there for a concert at Allegiant stadium and it was perfect location. Less than 10min walk."

"Keilani was extremely rude. I work in customer service too! And I would never mumble under my breath about a customer who’s right in front of me. She made it seem like it was the end of the world to do her job. Another person was there and he was kinder and was way more kind than her. Simply unprofessional. Also someone had checked us out of our room and it wasn’t us. This was very weird. Other than that we liked it here."
