"Very amazing 4th of July weekend on the coast of sunny California.. the stay was amazing, well kept and superb amenities. Pool, spa, fitness center, vending machine and especially the breakfast have our whole group set right for a relaxing stay. Would definitely be making a trip back to BW Rose Garden - Watsonville thank you again."

The man at the front desk has a very passive aggressive way of talking with customers, me and my boyfriend both work in the food service industry so we are pretty understanding when it comes to people that are working- but we immediately got snarky remarks and even got jokingly accused of stealing our car? "The air conditioner was covered in dust and cobwebs, there was mucus on the wall, and the bathroom was dirty and smelled bad; the towels reeked of chlorine and the doors were dirty. The receptionist was rude, and money was stolen from me—even though I had already paid Expedia. It is a low-quality hotel; I have photos showing how dirty it was."

"I needed a last minute place to stay and the Royal Inn came in clutch. The man who checked me in was very nice and got me in immediately. The parking was covered and safe, the step up to the room was a doozy. Clean safe property with the bare minimums of amenities. For the price, it was fine. The floor felt like they forgot to sweep it but otherwise it was fine. I felt every single spring on the bed."

"This was more like a RUN DOWN Motel rather then a "QUALITY INN" For some reason we were given a ADA room with a shower for a wheel chair person, but I thought, "Okay, who cares!" The sliding closet doors dont work, the bathroom sink takes 3 hours to slowly drain after simply washing your hands or brushing your teeth. We were in Building #2, & the hallway is NOT at ALL appealing or Welcoming, feels like Im walking into a dive Motel. Dirty wet towels were thrown in the corner of the hallway for...

"I booked a room here for 2 nights for my daughter and she couldn’t stay there it was so dirty. I’m still trying to get my money back."

"The staff was very nice and at first we thought the room was up to par for our taste. Upon waking the next day we found dirty underwear in the bathroom and left over beer cans on and behind the dresser. We had a talk with staff and they apologized with a bottle of Champagne."
