"We absolutely loved this property. A true 5-star experience across the board, from the exceptional dining to the comfort and quality of the rooms. The views from our room were incredible, and the expansive garden quickly became our favorite place to unwind. The spa was a hidden gem and well worth visiting. The staff were outstanding throughout. Easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world."

"This hotel is in a great location with easy access to Shinjuku Station and getting around Tokyo. It was fun to see all of the Godzilla themed decor. The beds are very firm and pillows are a little funky."

"It’s very convenient for a solo-traveler since it’s one of the airport shuttle either to haneda or narita. There was also a shuttle to the premium outlet! It has everything that you ever needed including pajamas and epsom salt for taking bath or even skincare. They also have laundry room which was very useful for my stay! And Ikebukuro is just best for otakus, it’s so easy to get to shinjuku and shibuya!"
