"No issues with the room as usual, we have stayed there several times as we visit family nearby. My issue was the breakfast, as, ,although soya milk and gluten free bread was on menu, there was none available. Which is not acceptable if on the menu, when staff asked, we were told it had not been delivered. However exactly the same thing happened last time we stayed there. Not acceptable."

"I always enjoy staying at this hotel however this was the first time I'd stayed in room 9, and I found the bed to bed quite firm. Apart from that no faults"

"My room was a lovely suite with its own kitchen and sofa. I think furniture lay out could be changed so you could watch TV from the sofa rather than just the bed. My TV didn’t work the first night but the staff fixed it the second night, and offered me another room if they couldn’t. Breakfast was nice and lots of choice. Hot food cooked fresh. The hotel is more central than I thought so easy to walk into town along the river or even to the large garden centre. A big downside is my room was...

"The accommodation was modern, spotlessly clean and tidy. The location for our requirements was excellent. There was mike and orange juice supplied in the fridge. The only criticism is that the room was very hot and there were no fans and on a personal note the double bed was very small, but these points would not stop us going back. Other than that I would highly recommend."

"Rooms were clean, kitchen had everything you needed, shops just a few feet away. Take a fan with you when it's warm as the rooms are mega hot. Highly recommended"

"A very clean hotel the staff were extremely helpful, friendly couldn’t do enough for you. The continental breakfast was ample with plenty of choice. The food was also very good for evening meal. The front rooms could be noisy due to traffic. The hotel bar and restaurant is closed on Sunday night."

"Clean and tidy with good facilities, great for a week time work stay"

"Very clean, Tom the barman was very helpful. Not far to town centre."

"Friendly bar staff. Food was good. Chef’s night off and they still made dinner, although they did make us feel a bit guilty for having a friend join us who lived in Bourne. Quiz night, so good fun. Room was clean but bathroom was up some steps which was a bit tricky in the middle of the night. Rooms were quiet. Had a good sleep."

"This place is absolutely amazing it is all you need for somewhere to stay, I have stayed here twice now and have had a perfect chill getaway each time."

"Very handy location for our site work Clean property (although we didn't get the UV light out) Enjoyed our stay (not as much as Malcolm, see below)"

"A lovely quiet hotel. The room was enormous and had a brilliant TV. I just need a quiet sleep and a base whilst visiting sites. This was a good find. Thankyou"

"House was clean and well equipped and was a pleasure to stay"

"Freezer was fully iced up so I had to defrost it. Incredibly noisy due to neighbours doors. Very warm in summer. Overall ok but not for business. Woman kept giving me the wrong apartment on arrival. Area isnt nice too, next to a pub with a lot of reprobates"

"The heating wasnt working so we had to call up and turns out, the heating for the whole building was out so at 11pm we had to switch from cattle market to church lane apartment where we finally had heating but we were freezing."
