"Absolutely disgusting room
The carpet was horrible I wouldn't even put my luggage on the floor. The outlets were coming out of the wall. The shower was filled with black mold and all the faucets were coming out of the wall . The toilet wasn't even attached to the floor. The towels were stained and disgusting..The only plus side is that I didn't wake up with bed bugs "

"COLD shower, you can get more towels if you wait another 30 minutes, they tried to put us on the 4th floor amidst renovations (all lights hanging off the walls unattached and plaster dust everywhere), moldy walls, moldy AC units, just plain GROSS!!! Pick another place to stay."

"The pool was down for maintenance and I was not informed when I booked. This may have been Expedia’s fault. Free breakfast was advertised but for some reason this was not a part of my room package. The hallways smelled like marijuana and the room smelled cheesy. I listed 4 people for my room but they only gave me 3 towels and when I asked for more I was informed that they ran out."

"Our room was very clean and spacious. Our only issue was the mini fridge was very very small and had no freezer for the food we brought. But it is a beautiful hotel, we used the hot tub and the indoor pool, which were great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!"
