"Most staff were friendly while some were grumping who were serving Monday morning breakfast. Breakfast choices were better the second day if they had enough to serve everyone and kept stocked. I had to ask for items to be refilled just have them run out again 2 mins later with all the guest and the items were not refilled again before she closed the station down with 15 mins left of breakfast time which was only 2 hours to access. "

"Overall nice place to stay, staff is very friendly, bartenders are slow and not very good at building quality cocktails, beer is good. Casino was brand new lots of slots to choose from, small sportsbook, which was nice for betting on the games or horses."

"The room was very clean and set up nicely! Everything worked great and the staff were helpful and nice! The only issue we had was that the elevator was not working on our second day there. It was a Saturday and the staff assured us that they were working to get it fixed as soon as possible! By check out the next day the issue with the elevator had been resolved! All in all it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay! I will definitely come back and recommend to others! "

"Avoid this hotel!!!! I travel frequently, but this is by far the worst experience I’ve had. The facility is falling apart: the rooms are old, the AC failed, the door was difficult to open, and the toilet broke. The service was non-existent. When the toilet broke, I couldn't get anyone on the phone. I went to the lobby, but the staff had left for the day. I tried the operator and the after-hours line multiple times with no luck. Rude service and zero accountability—stay elsewhere"

"No major complaints. Staff were great, room was a decent size. Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much and needed more of a blanket. Lots of different smells: outside from the guests, in the hallway, elevator, in the room. I've never stayed at a Woodsprings before and probably won't again. The environment felt more like an extended stay for folks than a one night stay for in and out guests."

"Went for our anniversary, room was clean, bathroom was clean with a huge double head shower, overlooking the spillway to the falls. Food was delicious and staff were very helpful. Enjoyed a trip to the spa where the staff was also very helpful."

"Room 124 was in poor condition. Doors stick. Stained walls. Stained bathroom door. Toilet kept running. Tub faucet hard to pull out and temp control is difficult. Laminate flooring near the bathroom had up to 1/2" gaps. Room needs a renovation badly. On the plus side, the airport shuttle and driver were good."
