"Very convenient location close to the Zurich station. Nice rooms comfortable stay. However, I had booked online and reached the guest house building just before my check in. The door is locked so I enquired in their office next door. The lady was not co-operative or even willing to listen to me. She pointed me in the direction of the main hotel building where I went. The staff there was very helpful and apologetic for my experience. They even gave me an upgrade. The check in for the guest house...
