He explained the amenities and the processes of the hostel very clearly. This place also provides guests with a Grindlewald Guest Card. Extremely professional staff, great food and awesome location."

We had issues however with this really loud noise the entire time we were there, floors are creaky and very hard to get a good nights sleep, the beds were comfortable and clean, good breakfast. Would reccomend in terms of a hostel but not for extended stay, and make sure you bring earplugs."

"I know and understand it was/is a hostel but from what was in the property description, our low expectations were not met. If it was longer then the one night I would have cancelled. The outside of the property was gross, as well as the staircase to get to the property, the bathroom was half ripped out. The photos do not at all represent what is inside. "This hostel was really nice, and we only wished we could stay longer. The bathrooms and rooms were very clean, and there were a lot of fun options of things to do right at the hostel. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly as well."
